Lasagna plates
1/2lb (250g) shredded mozarella
1 cup grated parmesan
Layer plates, meat sauce and mornay sauce in a 9"x13" (3" deep) pan. Plates, then meat, then plates, then mornay, then plates, then meat, then plates, then mornay. Add mozarella and parmesan on top. Bake in oven for about 40 minutes at 350F.
